The 7.0 AT can support up to 325 lbs, which is higher than the industry standard of 300 lbs., but the 7.4 AT goes a step further by handling up to 350 lbs. These models do not have fancy touchscreens, but they are as smart as other models with big displays. They both support connections with popular third-party fitness apps like Zwift, Peloton, and AtZone. All you need to do is place your tablet on the tablet holder and connect it to the treadmill via Bluetooth. Then you can enjoy the interactive workouts.
